Our Organic Bilona Cow Ghee is prepared through the traditional process of converting milk into curd, gently churning the curd to separate the butter and slowly heating the butter on a controlled flame to make aromatic ghee.
This time-intensive method gives the ghee its rich aroma, authentic flavour and traditional texture.
Made using milk from organically raised Indian cows, the ghee is produced under certified organic standards. It is suitable for everyday Indian cooking, spreading over hot rotis, adding to dal and rice, preparing sweets, sautéing vegetables and making festive family recipes.
