Shipping Charges

Free shipping will apply only when specifically mentioned as part of a promotional campaign, offer, or order condition.

Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout/website before payment.

Order & Address Details

A complete delivery address, including the correct PIN code, Contact Number, and email address(optional), is required to process your order.

Please verify your delivery details before completing your purchase.

Barsana Magic will not be responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided at checkout.

Dispatch Timeline

If the ordered products are in stock, orders are generally packed and dispatched within 3 working days.

If any product is temporarily unavailable or awaiting production, dispatch may take up to 10 working days.

Our team will keep you informed in case of such delays.

Delivery Timeline

Our logistics partners generally deliver orders from Monday to Saturday, between 9:00 AM and 7:00 PM.

Sundays and public holidays are not considered working days.

Delivery timelines may be affected by circumstances beyond our control, including weather conditions, transport disruptions, strikes, serviceability issues, or delays by logistics partners.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, tracking details will be shared with you through the contact details provided while placing the order.

Please allow the tracking system some time to update after dispatch.

Delivery Assistance

Customers are requested to remain available on the contact number provided for delivery-related calls or communication.

Failure to respond to delivery attempts, an incorrect address, or repeated unsuccessful delivery attempts may result in the order being returned to us.

Weather & Natural Disaster Damage Policy

If a product is damaged or broken during transit or delivery due to extreme weather conditions, climate-related events, floods, heavy rainfall, earthquakes, landslides, or any other natural disaster or force majeure event, no refund will be applicable for such damage, subject to applicable law.
