Barsana Magic Pahadi Salad Jhankar Namak (Salad Sprinkle) is not ordinary namak,it's a handcrafted Himalayan seasoning inspired by the bold, wholesome flavours of Uttarakhand's mountain kitchens. At the heart of this blend is Gandhrayan, a rare aromatic Himalayan herb treasured for generations for its distinctive earthy, citrusy aroma and its traditional place in Pahadi cuisine.

Every pinch combines Gandhrayan, mineral-rich rock salt, tangy black salt, protein-rich roasted hemp seeds, tingly Sichuan pepper, pungent garlic powder, and fiery green chilli powder to create a perfectly balanced seasoning with authentic mountain character.
